Cynthia Wolff

Cynthia grew up surrounded by the real estate business. Her mother, Beth Wolff, founded and remains chairman and CEO of Beth Wolff Realtors Real Living and her brother, Ed Wolff is company president. Cynthia earned her Texas real estate license after completing high school. She graduated from the A. B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Management, concentrating in finance and earned her Juris Doctorate from The Paul M. Hebert School of Law at Louisiana State University. As an attorney licensed in both Texas and Louisiana, Cynthia successfully closed residential and commercial real estate transactions for more than 20 years, equipping her with invaluable experience, a diverse skill set, and unique problem-solving capabilities as a Realtor.

During a Houston childhood spent in Briargrove, the Memorial area and the Medical Center area, Cynthia acquired first-hand working knowledge of the city’s traditional neighborhoods, particularly Tanglewood, West University, the Museum District, and River Oaks. She also knows and appreciates the established neighborhoods in Sugar Land and The Woodlands. Community-minded and an active volunteer, her philanthropic and civic commitments include the arts, education, and city planning commissions.

Cynthia divides her time between Houston and Crested Butte, CO, maintaining homes and work in both cities. As a Realtor with Beth Wolff Realtors, Real Living in Houston, and Bluebird Real Estate in Crested Butte, Cynthia assists sellers and buyers in both cities.

When not working, Cynthia enjoys time with her two grown children, hiking, walking and cross country and downhill skiing.
